Very casual. Pay at the register, not with the server. We sat quite a while not realizing this.

This is basically a soda with somewhat higher prices because of great location. The main downside of this place is that the staff are “stiff”. As has been mentioned by others, none of the servers or managers seem to enjoy being here or working with the customers. Not a smile anywhere.
