As I only visit the area on... read more I recently decided to cancel my sip club membership because this location often doesn't open for breakfast due to staffing problems. As I only visit the area on weekends and occasional holiday weekdays, it's become increasingly difficult for me to get my absolute favorite breakfast soufflé. This morning, after I called ahead to place a hold on my order, I arrived only to find out that my soufflé had been thrown out. So now, I'm left to run my morning errands on an empty stomach because I'm not going to order something else that doesn't satisfy my craving. I really wish this location could improve its operations. Panera has great food, but this experience has been disappointing.

She chose a cup of soup and a sandwich,... read more My wife and I dropped by for a late lunch, and it was our first time at the restaurant. We opted for the "pick 2" deal. She chose a cup of soup and a sandwich, while I went for a bowl of soup and a salad. Interestingly, her cup and my bowl contained the same amount of soup, but there was one notable difference—my bowl had a short, black curly hair in it. We won’t be returning.
