The service here is so perfect and professional and it's all thanks to my colleague who referred me to this place after such a horrible experience at spur N1 City mall. The waiter who assisted me with such patience and respect is Costive. He's such a humble and friendly gentleman. Thank you so much Guys for the wonderful service you are giving

Our waiter was absolutely amazing. We got what we ordered. I love the fast service of the waiter and her friendliness. The food was even better it was fresh and warm and it made our first time coming to Chinook spur amazing.By far this is the best spur my family and I have ever gone to.I look foward to coming again .Thank you

I've written a review about this SPUR, not too long ago. Tonight was our third visit in the last month. The food is absolutely amazing, I love nachos and the portion at this particular branch is HUGE and DELICIOUS. Super fresh and they definitely don't skip on salsa, guacamole or cheese. Service is excellent, cannot fault it. However.... It was quite busy tonight and our waiter was a lovely young man, and he did really really well keeping us happy at our table. With several of us opting for doggybags, he did his best to clear the table and get us the necessary boxes. With a demanding table next to us, he certainly had his hands full and I was surprised to see that his fellow waiters would rather be clucking together under the TV than to have a walk through the restaurant to see where they could possibly lend a hand. As someone who has worked in the industry for many years, this blatant laziness really pissed me off. Not even a manager bothered to help out, and yes, we saw you standing around too. I'm not at all impressed with what I witnessed tonight. The team that worked tonight can do way BETTER. To management, I have this to say: THE FISH ROTS FROM ITS HEAD....

Took my 91 year old for lunch we had the Pensioners lunch deal he had the 150 gm Rump steak and chips and I had the Quarter Chicken and Veg, followed by the Ice Cream dessert both were delicious, cooked to perfection and there was more than enough food. We are looking forward to our next lunch

Best spur without a doubt. The food was great and the juice was so awesome. They also paid a lot of attention to our small one. The play area was outside and could be better.
