So let me get this straight. I buy a small cup and get a chocolate dipped cookie. Now I buy 0.5L take away and they don’t want to give me even one dry cookie. Gelato is good, unfriendly staff, service is lacking for a place that wants to look fancy. View all feedback.
The employees at the CBD location are consistently welcoming, and their gelato is excellent. They offer a variety of delicious flavors that change regularly, ensuring a unique experience each visit. We tried the white mint chocolate chip, peanut butter, pistachio, and chocolate flavors, all of which were delicious. Additionally, the late operating hours are a definite plus.
I was so happy to finally find ice cream that I love. All the most recently named best ice cream places have disappointed me. Moro though was delicious and creamy and just love the wafer and the runny chocolate on top. The staff are warm and friendly. Can't wait to go back!
Without a doubt the best gelato I have had the pleasure to eat....wish u guys could open one in Johannesburg.Gilmore was a superb host and so helpful and patient with our kids...would def come to Cape Town again just for Moro
