However, tonight I de... read more I typically visit this restaurant in the evenings with a friend, but recently I've noticed a decline in both the service and food quality. However, tonight I decided to go for my usual meal. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, and my mac and cheese was served ice cold. To make matters worse, they also messed up part of my friend's order and gave her attitude when she asked for it to be corrected. Additionally, my smoothie wasn't blended properly and had ice chunks in it.

They let us keep t... read more I love some of their soups. Tonight we ordered take out/pick up drive through. Got home, part of the order was wrong. I called and went back. They let us keep the mistake and threw in a few cookies. That's good business. Mistakes happen. We had to drive a bit to go back so the extras is an excellent way to keep a customer happy.
