Counter person working front and assisted drive through. It was her last day on job.All other employees called in sick.Just wanted a coffee and donuts it tookAlmost 20 minutes. Dunkin caters toDrive up as do many fast food joints.Walk-in seem to be discouraged.Rte 108 plaza.
I bring my daughter in here all the time. We make the best of it because it’s close. I love the employees when they’re HAPPY. They are clearly understaffed (especially) during busy hours and I wouldn’t be in a good mood working in that atmosphere either. The manager yells at them and is SO rude to her “team”. She cusses and degrades them does this clearly without a care who hears. These employees need to be treated better. Maybe then we’ll be happily greeted everytime and our orders will be made correctly because the employees aren’t going a hundred miles a minute. LOVE the staff. NOT the management. Do better.
Understaffed and super slow. Been going there for 11 years. Something changed. Orders are wrong. The wait is too long these days.
It’s Saturday morning, we get it. There was a line out the drive thru to the street. Did not mind waiting. It wasn’t waiting at the microphone for 5-10 min waiting for someone to say something, that was annoying but it’s ok, we thought maybe the mic broke. We drove up and the first staff member was kind and we understood. She took our order at the window and everything seemed fine, until another worker with a **** poor attitude who couldn’t remember anything said to her, decided as she handed us our coffee “for further reference you order at the mic”. I would have loved to! Next time, simply say into the mic “we will be right with you” so we know people are there. The other staff member apologized for her but she didn’t need to, she was kind.
