I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant for lunch. The experience was quite mixed. In terms of food, I would give it a solid 3 out of 5. While it wasn't terrible, it certainly didn't stand out either. The service, unfortunately, left much to be desired, earning only a 2 out of 5. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the service was slow, which detracted from the meal. However, the atmosphere was the highlight of my visit—a perfect 5 out of 5. The ambiance was delightful, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. Overall, while the atmosphere was inviting, improvements in service and food quality could really elevate the dining experience.
What Haven Lovely dislikes about Café Nenzo:
The baby backribs we ordered is not okay.. Honestly it tasted like it had been in the freezer for several months. were just honest .. they had an event so we were on the other side of the room which was hot and no one was assisting much .. their staff was not friendly. They didn't want to assist any customers because maybe they are tired .. I hope they are close or don't accept other customers if they have an event.... View all feedback.

This is a pleasant café and restaurant located in the Esperanza Mall along the bustling McArthur Highway. The menu is organized by courses, including starters, main dishes, desserts, and beverages. They offer meat-free options and low-calorie desserts as well. The food is flavorful, and the portion sizes are reasonable. Prices are comparable to fine dining. The interior is clean, uniquely designed, and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating as well. I hope to see more dessert options available on my next visit.
Personal fave, baby back ribs. still the best for me. pizza is delicious as well, also like that they did a square cut
