What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I use to utilized the app. But Dunking has changed the app, made it more difficult, time consuming and increase what you must spend to get rewarded. The positive, I now make my own breakfast, Iced Macha or coffee at home. Saving money and time wasted indrive thru. Thanks for the motivation View all feedback.
Staff at this point are not the most helpful or friendly. I will travel a few more blocks to appreciate as a customer with respect. The Dunkin product quality remains high despite the annoying vibe, which remains strongly at this point.
One of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. There is no customer service, the staff always looks confused and unacceptable and my order is always wrong. Even my online to go orders are made incorrect or incomplete after 15-20mins. I would avoid going here at all costs.
Very friendly staff, although my hot Vanilla Chai was not so good, it lacked the Vanille Chai taste... just tasted like hot milk. Nevertheless, great service, fast and worth going back.
I usually come to get my breakfast here every Thursday at 5:30am on my way to work and this is the third time that the lady tells me they're heating their oven and they won't be ready untill 30 min later. I don't understand why this is happening if the store is supposed to be open to serve since 4am I'd really like you to check what's going on.
