However, certain locations notably shine, offering fresh, flavorful food like standout breakfast sandwiches and crispy fries. Guests frequently praise friendly, patient employees and clean interiors, highlighting a few spots as reliable go-tos for quick, satisfying meals. Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
In contrast, the service at the Wendy's on Coit and Legacy isn't very good during weekdays; it's not inviting, and the eggs on the sandwiches were not fresh. There are a couple of women working there who are decent, but that's about it. The Wendy's on Custer and Parker in Plano also has terrible service, with rude staff and stale eggs on the sandwiches. The drive-thru was the only option available, but the attendant was lovely. The food was average, so I’d rate it a 3 out of 5.

We spent nearly $30 for a family meal, and I ended up waiting two hours just for them to not have the correct replacement burger ready. To make matters worse, even though their hours stated they should be open until 8 PM, the location was locked up by 5:30 PM, and we could only go through the drive-thru. I'm really fed up with Wendy's now.

Nowadays, many Wendy's locations lack friendly customer service and serve less than tasty burgers. However, this particular location stands out! They offer delicious, hot burgers and a warm, welcoming staff, even amid the ongoing pandemic. Bring the family; they will have a great time!
