I had ordere... read more It was 11:45 PM, and despite my refusal to accept their response, I attempted to get the manager’s name, but my calls went to voicemail four times. I had ordered a 10-piece nugget and medium fries, both of which were missing. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused. This incident occurred on February 25, 2022, at 11:45 PM, and I’m sure Dave Thomas would be disappointed by the service there! The experience was subpar, and my small Frosty was practically liquid. They really need to do better!
