Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
A drive-through run at this Wendy's. Order was quick and read back for accuracy. We received our food served hot. The order was correct and we continued our drive.Next time I'm in West Plano I will visit the Wendy's drive-through again! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
I left him in Frisco who thought he was open. Ordering operations states you open at 9 a.m. This is also made, I and my wife tried to get something and 10 a.m. to church and inside was closed as well as no answer in the ride thru. **** bad work for such a beautiful area! View all feedback.

They gave me a single burger which had bacon on it. Order was wrong. Had to throw it away. I don’t recommend coming here unless you enjoy mystery box.

The fries were better than they should be. Pleasant surprise.

It was 11:45 PM, and despite my refusal to accept their response, I attempted to get the manager’s name, but my calls went to voicemail four times. I had ordered a 10-piece nugget and medium fries, both of which were missing. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused. This incident occurred on February 25, 2022, at 11:45 PM, and I’m sure Dave Thomas would be disappointed by the service there! The experience was subpar, and my small Frosty was practically liquid. They really need to do better!

I had a great experience at the drive-through of this Wendy's. My order was taken quickly and confirmed for accuracy. When I received my food, it was served hot, and everything was correct. I’ll definitely stop by the Wendy's drive-through again the next time I'm in West Plano!

The 4 for 4 deal is currently the best value in fast food. The Bacon Jr. Cheeseburger is delicious, and it comes with spicy nuggets, small fries, and a small drink—all for just $4! You really can't beat that. It's even a better option than the $5 big bag because the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is such a standout.
