One guest in our group ordered the salted caramel sundae, which was bizarrely over-whipped and seemed to be homemade—not in a good way. The menu promised salted caramel and walnuts, but all we received was a simple bowl filled with overly whipped cream and vanilla ice cream, along with a little drizzle of regular caramel sauce. It did not match the description on the menu at all. On a positive note, their onion rings were a highlight of the meal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for our group, and we don’t plan on returning.

However, I was disappointed to discover that they do not accept my favorite payment method, the Discover card, which I found out when I tried to pay the bill. Additionally, we made our reservation through OpenTable and arrived on time, but the next morning, I received an email from OpenTable stating that we didn't honor our reservation. This was clearly an error on the restaurant's part. While I believe I’ll get the points credited back to me, we felt this showed a lack of attentiveness from the restaurant. Given these issues—no acceptance of Discover and the mix-up with the reservation—we likely won't be returning anytime soon, especially since there are plenty of excellent burger places in Plano and Dallas.

They have changed from full service to a counter service-order, then sit. The milkshakes are. WONDERFUL! The Sangria is great. The service is good and the people are very nice.
