The table they sat us at was tiny and barely fit the food the surface underneath the cloth was uneven and drinks kept spilling. The food was okay. Meals/Apps were either not salted or over salted.

They cooked my filet perfectly and my friend’s Bolognese was outstanding too. I love taverna, and I’ve never had a bad meal here. The management and the staff are the best around, as well. 
What a wonderful place. We just moved to Dallas recently and exploring the restaurants around DFW. This place is our favorite so far. We ordered pizza and pasta with 2 drinks and everything was wonderful. Our server Christian was amazing and superfriendly. Definitely would go back.
Food was really good but service was not. Reservation was for 8:45 and within 15 mins server told that kitchen will be closing soon and should order. Food was served immediately and the servers opened the patio covers and started to windup immediately.The chill breeze was like a signal that we should get up and step out as it is time : Was expecting much better service.
