Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Taverna paint a mixed picture of the restaurant. While some customers had negative experiences with issues like cold food, slow service, and lack of menu options, others praised the exceptional service and delicious food. The complimentary tiramisu for an anniversary celebration was a highlight, as was the great wine selection and amazing ravioli special. The restaurant's atmosphere was both enjoyable and reminiscent of Southern California. Overall, Taverna seems to have some inconsistencies in food quality and service, but for many patrons, it remains a "can't miss" favorite for brunch or dinner.
Great menu and great dinner. It was a nice experience
Love the menu true northern Italian with tons of options. Everything we tried was great
Great pasta, the best Risotto in town. Excellent service. Great for a casual experience or a special one
Food was so awful. I ate half of the muffin on my lobster Benedict and my husband forks of his pasta which tasted like a children’s red sauce and added shrimp that he is not convinced was cooked. If a customer doesn’t eat their food ask them if everything was okay. Obviously not if we didn’t eat it.They did bring us a complimentary tiramisu and coffees as it was our anniversary. This was the only good experience. Also, staff not wearing masks or not covering nose. Manager was on the premises
My server was incredible, but the host was very rude about having a stroller. Then when we got our situation resolved, I caught her staring at me several times. Also, we didn't get menus until about fifteen minutes after we sat down. She was not even super busy and simply did not give us menus. After working in the service industry, I know this is not how things should be done. However, the server was very nice and knowledgeable. I won't be returning because the portions were very small, and I've had better risotto for a better price at other restaurants.
