I called on Saturday, and she provided me with a manager's number, but no one answered when I called. I attempted to reach that number over the next few days. I've also submitted an online complaint, and the only response I received was an acknowledgment of my feedback. When I returned tonight, the same woman was working and claimed they were closed. She communicated via her phone, using a translation app, to tell me that they would refund my money. When I asked why I hadn't received it yet, she responded rudely, saying she didn't know. It's confusing how they close around 8 PM but still have 10 PM listed online.

Incapable or harmful—I can't really decide which. It's hard to believe that they made such a mess of four sandwiches by accident. They didn’t include any of the extra toppings I paid for, like bacon and cheese. One sandwich even came with tuna instead of the more expensive steak. None of them were even close to being right. All the mistakes involved items that cost extra, and it feels like they're banking on people who order online not wanting to return to the restaurant to have it corrected. My advice? Make sure to check that every single sandwich is correct before you leave this place.

Only white or wheat bread served at dinner at 6:00? Sorry, but that's disappointing!
