Spaghetti Warehouse - Plano

I was extremely surprised by my experience here. I came in to use my free birthday coupon (Side note: Spaghetti Warehouse includes an entree, side, and dessert in their free birthday gift--what other restaurant gives you THAT MUCH free food without asking you to buy something else off the menu first?! . The staff knew I was just wanting to use the coupon, and yet they still treated me with extremely excellent service. The manager was very friendly and my waitress (Onna checked on me multiple times throughout the meal and was very attentive. It seems like the staff there really cares about their guests and try to give them a positive dining experience. Throughout the duration of my meal I was waiting for my friend who was supposed to be joining me, but when it turned out that she wasn't going to make it, the staff did all they could to brighten my mood. Onna gave me extra soup to take home, and the manager sat down at my booth to wish me a happy birthday and then stood up to announce it to the restaurant and sing. All this was done for a guest who they knew wasn't planning to pay for a single portion of the meal. I was so blessed by the experience that I wanted to actually give them some business and chose to pay for a drink and leave a tip.

Our waitress was amazing and very attentive. We had certain request to change things she got them all right, and was understanding. Extremely impressed. B ford was as we ordered it. Definitely be back.

Feel kinda isolated on the other side of this train but good food better than olive garden.

The food was good, as always. They have the best lasagna anywhere! Our waiter was a little clueless, but I think he may have been new. Everything else was great. We were seated promptly and the waiter was courteous.

Great, old school rich meat sauce Italian. Great family atmosphere, fun place for the kids.
