Mine had a few small pieces of the protein, not the flame kissed meat I'd been anticipating but a buffet tray soaked sad looking few pieces... I expected much better and more at that price.. Please make it better.

I have a radish alle... read more This restaurant was much better when the owner was actively involved. I keep encountering the same negative experience with the same staff. I have a radish allergy, so I requested lettuce instead for my wrap, only to be told I wasn’t “allowed” to have lettuce on it. Yes, you read that right—I couldn’t have lettuce on my wrap! Then, when I asked for light tomatoes and extra onions, they laughed among themselves and blew it completely out of proportion. The customer service is abysmal! I’ve had this same group of employees three times now, and they seem to refuse to provide even the most basic level of service. I’ve never been to a restaurant that wouldn’t let you choose your toppings. It’s just ridiculous.

He ordered chicken and waffles from The Press Waffle, and it was ready and delicious in just five minutes after he placed the order online. I, on the other hand, ordered a falafel bowl from Shawarma, which took 15 minutes to prepare. By the time my husband finished his meal, I noticed that other customers were walking up and receiving their food right away, while my order was still marked as not ready. I approached the staff and asked, "Why is this taking so long?" Immediately, the two employees became quite hostile toward me, even though it was their mistake for not informing me that my order had been completed. There are plenty of great options at Legacy Hall, and I will definitely choose one of those on my next visit. I should have realized that there might be a reason for the delay compared to the other restaurants nearby. The food was a solid 4, but the service was simply unacceptable.
