Napoli's Pizza East Plano, Tx
Description
Napoli’s blends family-run warmth with standout pizza, homemade bread and generous portions in a casual neighborhood setting. Patrons praise friendly, attentive staff, owner interaction, gluten-free pasta, a lively bar area, delivery and ample parking. Most dishes satisfy, though a few items — some sauces, salads and a small, nontraditional tiramisu — have been criticized for blandness or undersized portions. Overall, it’s a welcoming local spot for families, regulars and casual nights out.

The food was fantastic! The service was extremely prompt. I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with the owner and bartender about sports and fitness. I can't wait to return!
The service was extremely slow, to the point where the waiter forgot our order. It took 40 minutes just for a Caesar salad to arrive.
I've been coming here for 30 years now. I worked here in high school. Its family run and owned. The atmosphere is family friendly. You are treated as part of the family. You will notice multiple regulars coming in talking about family and kids with the workers and owners. The FOOD? Yes the food is wonderful as well. I'm a cheese pizza guy but the other options they have are great as well. I haven't had anything I disliked. Large portions, fairly priced. Parking: Plenty of parking. Every 3rd Saturday night they have a family friendly car show. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly.
Disappointing I haven't eaten Napoli's in a long time, so I decided to order it for delivery tonight. I ordered fettuccine alfredo, a tossed salad, a slice of tiramisu, and their fresh bread. I wish I would've known the bread had large tomato slices on it because I hate tomato. I also got a side of marinara, and it tasted identical to what you'd get in a school cafeteria. The salad was small and lacking in everything. It consisted of a few thin carrot slices, a pepper, a tomato wedge, and the rest was iceburg lettuce. The only saving grace was their amazing house dressing. The alfredo had no flavor. It tasted like I was eating pasta with a creamy water sauce. There was no salt, no pepper, no hint of any seasoning. The tiramisu was good but not traditional in any sense, and the slice was on the smaller side. Overall, I won't be coming back.
