After waiting for a server, I asked for someone to help u... read more I've visited this location several times with my family and never had a negative experience until now. After waiting for a server, I asked for someone to help us place our order and was told no one was available and to order at the bar. Once I get to the bar still no help, in fact was looked over. I asked for a manager and was finally sent a server to take my order. The only reason the rating isn't lower is because the server that finally waited on us was friendly and went above and beyond to make things right. Not sure if I would return to this location or even Main Event.
