My daughter took my granddaughter to Kentucky Fried Chicken around 10:12 PM to order chicken. They were planning to get two different types of chicken, but the supervisor informed them they would have to wait 20 minutes. They decided not to wait, so she offered them what she had available. Unfortunately, the original chicken was not fresh and tasted old, and the crispy chicken was also stale. Some of that chicken had clearly been sitting out for a while, and the whole experience was terrible.
The lemonade and fries were enjoyable, but I wasn't given any dipping sauce. I returned to have my order redone, but the chicken was still bland and lacked seasoning. Additionally, the biscuit was overcooked. I didn't bother going back a third time to have it corrected. Overall, their food and service just aren't worth my time.
This KFC experience was terrible. We waited in line and I ordered a plain, dry chicken sandwich because I don't like mayonnaise. The employee gave me mayo anyway, and I was disappointed. I ate it because I was hungry, but I didn't think people could be so clueless.
The popcorn chicken had too much breading and not enough chicken. It was hard and dry, with terrible quality.
I came to this place during my lunch and that's what I'm receiving?? I took the uncooked chicken back to them and they gave me a difficult time when I asked about the company number and my entrance because the cashier gave me no receipt. I was asked to move to the side until they made my entrance very unprofessional, rude. I will never return to this place, nor will any of my employees or individuals I know. I'm contacting the health department. ?
