The cakes at this restaurant were once considered the best in town. I called ahead on Friday night to reserve a 2 pound pineapple cake for my son's birthday. I picked up the cake at 11:30 am on Saturday, and when we tried it around 5 pm, it was not up to par with their usual standards. There was a strange taste, almost like spoiled milk. Ultimately, the cake was not worth the $34 price tag. Next time, I will look for better and more affordable cake options elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff doesn't know how to greet customers or take orders efficiently. The service is very slow, even for Asian food which usually takes time to prepare. The time management is terrible - even ordering tea in the morning took 30 to 45 minutes. It's unacceptable for a restaurant that sells tea and coffee to not have it ready when they open. They asked us to wait for our tea for over half an hour, it felt like they weren't taking our time seriously. They need to learn from other restaurants about how to run a business properly. We are willing to pay for our food, but we expect good service in return. If your kitchen isn't ready, don't open the store.

I recently tried some popular dishes based on a delivery app's recommendations, including a vegetarian burger, a spicy vegetarian pizza, and a chicken appetizer. The vegetarian burger and the chicken dish were both delicious, but I was a bit disappointed with the pizza, especially since it was advertised as the HBspecial.

This is the worst hot bread experience I've had in the USA. The quality of the food is poor, and the prices are exorbitant for the small portions you receive. I've tried hot bread in both New Jersey and California, but this one pales in comparison. They charged $10 for what they call a paneer panini, and it just isn’t worth it.

The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the service was attentive. However, the wait time for our order was quite long, even on a regular weekday, so I'm curious about how it might be on weekends. The food was decent, and I didn't have any major complaints in that regard.
