We asked to be seated away from the traffic pattern back to kitchen and restrooms and were... read more The vibe at Haywire is always great for a fun meal with good friends. We asked to be seated away from the traffic pattern back to kitchen and restrooms and were kindly directed to a table closer to the bar. It was still noisy, but the slightly smaller table facilitated conversation. We enjoyed a double cut porkchop, a filet, chile brined chicken and ceviche as our entrees. All were tasty, and our server did a good job of guiding us through possibilities on the sides. Each of us enjoyed our starter cocktail, again with a helpful bit of guidance from our server. Always a good time.

This time coming back to celebrate a birthday and the service was so-so (our waitress was great), food was ok, mainly disappointed when they served me a cold prime rib and then when I said it was cold, they threw it on the grill and seared it and brought it back out…what’s the point then? They did promptly send the manger out who said it would be removed from the bill. Just disappointed tonight when our past experience was much different.

Make sure you make reservations especially if you are going on weekends.They have a wide selection of drinks we got the front porch swing and cucumber jalapeño refresher. They have friedoysters which are must try .The food was also awesome. To celebrate they gave use complimentary deserts “ WHISKEY BREADPUDDING “ which 5 ?? .

We sat on the second floor on the patio. I would recommend that area especially when the weather is nice out. My food wasn’t to good I ordered the chicken and waffles it came with gravy which was overwhelmingly a lot. If you get itI would say order it on the side.
