Thanksgiving 11/22/2018- Great. Hilton Plano and Carso was beautiful and Carso’s Thanksgiving Buffet was a very enjoyable experience for my family and parents. Buffet was excellent; food selection from Traditional turkey and all the trimmings; but the breakfast, smoked salmon, fresh grill fresh pastries were delicious and a great selection. I opted for a breakfast egg and sausage muffin, paired with a pineapple kale smoothie. Both were decent but fairly standard, and the prices were on the higher side—something to be expected at a hotel. If you're staying there, I imagine this would suffice for breakfast. However, as a local, I know there are better options within a short walk.

Thanksgiving brunch was good but a bit pricey, could at least include two mimosas in the price but any alcohol is extra.
Excellent all around experience. Nice ambiance, service and outstanding food.
I had a wonderful time at their Mother's Day Brunch. My standout dishes were the beef au jus and the grilled shrimp. I really liked that the desserts were served in smaller portions, allowing us to try a variety of them. The staff was not only attentive and friendly, but they also made an effort to interact with our children, which was a nice touch.
I made a reservation and received confirmation, but when I arrived, I was told they weren't open for lunch.
