I ordered a Whopper Junior without cheese, but received one with cheese instead. Also, I tried calling to resolve this issue, but no one answered the phone.
The dining room was closed due to staffing issues, which I understand. However, when I received a flat Coke, it became inconvenient for me to address the issue since I would have to go through the drive-thru again. As a contractor, it would be really helpful if I could just walk in, wash up, and place a takeout order like many other restaurants are doing during staffing shortages. I believe that opening the doors would enhance your ability to serve customers better. You don’t necessarily have to open the seating area; just allowing customers access to the restroom and enabling them to place takeout orders would make a big difference.
I eat Burger King Sinn, I was a child I was around many of Burger King's places, but this one is the second time that I got a son of a **** and wow they taste, as I remember the rest they don't serve you and do it like I don't mind, but this one good job people at the time got some it
I used the drive-through service. The gentleman taking my order was very pleasant. The food was exactly what I ordered and served hot.
I don't know how to evaluate this place. I am without a vehicle so I can literally and physically NOT pass through the drive! So I can't even get some food from here because her dining room is closed. WTH! Open your doors!!! Go with the times. Remember that was 8:00. There was no one. Also with personnel problems you can still help that 1 person walking through your door.
