Nice spot. New customer. Will go again as an option to eat in downtown Plano. The ordered Caesar salad would be ordered again. Try other menu items, so get back. View all feedback.
What Justina Harvey doesn't like about Brix Grill:

This place used to be so good. If you like a dark, smoke smelling dive bar then this is your place. The food is nasty now too. The service is meh.
I don’t particularly enjoy dining in, but I frequently order her chicken wings and side salad for takeout, and they’re fantastic.
The potato soup at the Metroplex is delightful, and they offer generous-sized Wagyu hot dogs.
My first experience at the restaurant was not great. The waiter was rude from the start and initially refused to serve happy hour drinks. After I pointed out the happy hour specials, which were clearly visible from my seat, he said he would consult the manager. When he returned, he realized that they indeed had a happy hour. Despite the initial setback, we decided to give the place another chance. Overall, it wasn't bad, but based on that first experience, I wouldn't rate it more than 3 stars. Additionally, there was a drink on my bill that I hadn't ordered, but they removed it as soon as I brought it to their attention. I wonder if that was just a simple mistake, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
