Great food past my expectations far seperior than other Chinese food locations in the Plano area
Great food, great portion size. Loved it. : I ordered 1lb of char siu with two portions of fried rice. It's amazing. Probably gonna be one of my go-to restaurants with that price and portion size.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic! I truly appreciate having this restaurant so close to my workplace.
This Chinese restaurant in North Dallas is among the top spots in the area. Whether you opt to eat in or take out, the portions are generous and mouthwatering. The BBQ pork and duck stand out, and the Shrimp in Garlic Sauce is also fantastic. Being family-owned and operated, the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place.
I hadn’t visited 369 BBQ in over a year and decided to return using a coupon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food quality. The Yang Zhou fried rice combo lacked protein—there was no chicken, and the BBQ pork tasted more like ham or spam, possibly indicating they ran out of the real BBQ pork. The beef in the beef and broccoli was tough, flavorless, and looked a bit off in the photos. The orange chicken was decent, but overall, the meal was underwhelming.
This North Dallas Chinese restaurant has gained a diverse following, celebrated for its generous portions and delectable offerings. Diners rave about the exceptional BBQ pork and duck, complemented by dishes like shrimp in garlic sauce. While some revisit lament a decline in quality, particularly in fried rice and beef dishes, many customers laud the remarkable flavors and value, especially during large catering orders. The atmosphere is charming, with a blend of dine-in and takeout options, making it a beloved choice for families looking for memorable meals, ensuring this establishment remains a local favorite in the community.

It changed owners. Not the Cantonese style restaurant I used to know before pandemic. Food is still decent, but lacks the traditional cantonese-style /Hong Kong style taste and fare. Hope it will find it's new customer base that will like it's newdish offerings.
This place changed owners. Menu seems largely the same, but some of this dishes are more flavorful. Tonight we had beef flat noodles and beef/jalapeno with Chinese broccoli. Both were great! The hot and sour soup was ok, but not great.
Delicious ????! They didn?t open during the pandemic. Glad to know they opened (but changed the owner). The west lake beef soup tasted So Good, and my husband enjoyed chicken stir-fry with green bean? No doubt, it?s a decent place for Chinese meals??????????????????
Hidden little gem in Plano. Not sure if it had been closed and just re-opened. Their menu is varied with plenty of authentic Chinese cuisine options. Love the service! We had the chicken and veggie egg rolls. The chicken egg rolls were tasty andcrispy, the veggie were a tad soggy inside. The sweet and sour chicken was the best part of the meal: crunchy on the outside andtender and tasty on the inside. The Mongolian beef was also good, the beef had great flavor and it was tender. Chicken friedrice was a large portion that coordinated well with all the dishes. Worth the try!!
YES, Stop by Try them Out! I will definitely be a repeated customer here!!! ???????? My husband I were looking for a good authentic Chinese restaurant for over a year that we?ve been living here, I was working an event close by this restaurantkept grabbing my attention so I gave in ordered the chicken fried rice to go, SO DELICIOUS!!! I definitely was NOTdisappointed, it was very fresh, a good size portion seasoned perfectly! Customer service was great I actually went back aweek later in complete anticipation brought my husband this time!!! 5?????s For Sure, a place where I want to come back tryeverything on their menu at least once! And I am normally the type of customer who finds something on the menu I like ordersthe same thing each time! I know? boring! ???? 2nd time there ordered the Orange Chicken Combination fried Rice, I personallylike their chicken fried rice better, but all the food was so good. You could taste the fresh orange zest in the orange chicken(it is slightly spicy) but I kept going back for more! Check this place out, you will enjoy it!!! I look forward to going backagain very soon! ????????

We celebrated a birthday at this wonderful restaurant with friends. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent!
We've been customers of 369 BBQ for 20 years and were disappointed that they had closed suddenly. But today when we saw the NOW OPEN sign on the window we stopped by for an in-person lunch. We were surprised to learn that the previous owners sold the business. So sad to see them go and we'll miss them. Our waiter told us the chef stayed though. The food was as good as always. The menu has been expanded so we're looking forward to trying some new dishes. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they need more wait staff to handle the take-out and dine-in customers.
I've been visiting 369 since we moved to Plano over a decade ago, and their BBQ pork and roasted duck have always been our top choices. I was thrilled to hear they reopened for dine-in service after a two-year break. Although there's a new owner (which surprised me), the food and service remain excellent. The restaurant hasn't changed much, except for an updated menu that retains the previous owner's most popular dishes while introducing more authentic Chinese options from the new owner. Recently, I've tried a few of the Chef’s Specials; the BBQ is still as good as ever, but the stewed bass fish and cumin lamb have quickly become my new favorites.
We finally visited 369, and I'm so glad we did! The menu was extensive, but we decided to keep it simple this time. We ordered the orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, and fried rice. I really appreciated that the rice came in a separate bowl, remaining free of any sauces. The chicken was crispy, and the sauce was delicious without being overly thick. The broccoli was perfectly steamed—not too soft at all. The staff was also very nice and friendly. I can't wait to return and explore more dishes!

I would give this restaurant a rating of 4 out of 5 because it is one of the only places near me that serves Chinese BBQ. The roasted duck always has a delicious flavor, and the BBQ pig is also quite tasty.
I can't get over the Beijing Duck at this adorable little restaurant! The dining room has tables, but it looks like most people are opting for takeout. We tried it and it was amazing.
