Stillwells Ice Cream - PLAISTOW

The atmosphere at Nice is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. As a frequent customer, I’ve noticed that the young staff often seem distracted. Frequently, the employee taking my order is on their phone, texting while entering my details into the register. On one occasion, I ended up with two medium ice creams when I had ordered one medium and one large. This is just one of many mistakes that seem to happen because the staff are preoccupied with their phones. I understand that employees might use their phones during downtime, but when a customer is present, they should be the priority.

Whenever I visit family in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, I nearly always find myself at this place for a Black Raspberry Frappe. I'm definitely biased, but I genuinely love it! I can't really comment on any other flavors, though. The staff are fantastic—they make you feel right at home. The strip mall where it's located is pretty nice too. You should definitely stop by and give it a try. Just be sure to sample something else after you have the frappe!

The soft serve ice cream here is pretty good, and the staff are nice as well. It's the only place I encountered in New Hampshire that still enforced a mask requirement during my visit (which you can view as a positive or negative, depending on your perspective). I did find the soft serve to be slightly icy.

The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of options available! However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food. I ordered a cup that had three layers of chocolate, but it didn't quite hit the mark.

I absolutely love this place! The ice cream from Richardson's is fantastic, and the portions are massive. If you’re an ice cream enthusiast, a dessert lover, or both, this spot is perfect for you!
