What User dislikes about Taco Bell:
On another occasion, my order of $25 got mixed up with someone else's $10 order. Instead of an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, we received a dismissive response. The last time we went, the manager completely ignored us, so we decided to leave and went to the Taco Bell in Allegan instead, which is a much better option. I really liked it going here at 9:43am they were all really quiet it looked like a great place to work.
During this visit, both the food and service fell short of expectations. The meal seemed like it had been sitting around for a while, particularly the bean burrito in the value box, which looked like it was on the verge of going bad. The shell appeared stale as well. Thankfully, they offer free salsa to help mask the lackluster food. I was so hungry that waiting for a fresh reorder would have been frustrating. The only thing that was hot and enjoyable was the nacho cheese, which was the first thing we tried. It felt as though drive-thru orders were prioritized over those dining in. Lesson learned: It's best to choose a real Mexican restaurant!
