We placed a large order for 8 meals after a 25-hour trip, and we hadn’t had a proper meal all day. I ordered online and specified no onions on one burger and no... read more We placed a large order for 8 meals after a 25-hour trip, and we hadn’t had a proper meal all day. I ordered online and specified no onions on one burger and no mushrooms on another. When I arrived, they informed me it would take an additional 10 minutes since they were busy and our order was substantial, which I didn’t mind. I went to Wal-Mart to grab some essentials and returned 30 minutes later. However, when I got back, they said our order still wasn't ready because they had realized we were missing our chicken tenders. I asked if I could check the rest of the order to ensure everything was there, and we discovered we were missing another meal and fries from a different order. Additionally, both burgers had mushrooms and onions melted into the cheese. The staff explained that notes added online don’t show up on the printed receipt. I requested they remake the burgers, but was told it would take another 15 minutes. At that point, I just let it go since half of our meals were already cold. I had high expectations for this restaurant but was disappointed with the quality of the food given the price we paid.

I ordered a burger... read more The prices are too high for what you get. While the ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant, I found the buffet and the food to be overpriced. I ordered a burger, and honestly, it was one of the driest burgers I’ve ever encountered. As a place that charges such steep prices, I believe they should at least offer quality food. On a positive note, their fries were tasty, but I can't justify paying an extra $2.99 to substitute them for chips.

When I got home, there were no banana peppers... read more I ordered the deluxe pizza without green peppers but with banana peppers instead, and I was charged extra for it. When I got home, there were no banana peppers on the pizza. I called “Slice” customer service, but I had trouble understanding the representative, and they couldn't locate my order. I realize it's just a $2.00 charge, but the customer service was disappointing. I really enjoy Salvino's food, but this experience in Plainwell was frustrating.
