This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. I only ordered a couple of drinks, and they got my coffee order wrong each time. The wait time was also exceedingly long.
I would expect to pay at least a little more for the quality of food they serve at Kumpels. However, I still willingly give them my money because their products are consistently good.
Dunkin' Donuts is the worst at everything! I visited the other day and ordered a simple bagel, but they gave me a stale one.
This restaurant discriminates against customers who don't use dairy; they wanted to charge an extra 60 or 80 cents for almond milk. It's disappointing to see such greed from the franchise owner.
Donuts are now so small and higher in price that I wont even come here the once a year I did private owner bakeries from now on.
