Every time I visit this Subway, the service is terrible. The staff is slow and seems confused about their work. Tonight, they were extremely rude and annoyed when we tried to order a sandwich. The management should address these issues and hire better employees. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, however, all the tables needed to be cleaned. The door and windows were dirty, and the floor was not properly swept. The preparation of broth dishes was done on the opposite side of the customer, which was not ideal. Overall, I regret not choosing to eat somewhere else.
This restaurant review is not good. The staff is great during lunch, but terrible in the evening. If you are ordering from the app, make sure to call and ask if they have your order, as they may not be aware of the app and you could lose your money. I am still waiting to get a refund after being disconnected from the subway.

Great 6 wheat with black forest ham, jalepeno's, bell pepper, lettuce, spinach, onions, American cheese and mustard. FANTASTIC
Food was good. There is no complaint about my food. The 2 stars was for service by the staff and it was simply not good at all. That was so surprising for Subway. Normally service is really great. It started after coming in the door. There was a large sign on the door stating they were only accepting debit cards. No problem! As we came in they yelled READ THE SIGN. I am guessing several tried to order without reading the sign so I understand the frustration. After stating that I had, one of the guys said well, it didn't look like you did That kind of caught me off guard. There were 2 other customers that came in after me (the entire time I was there eating my meal) and they yelled out to them also. When those 2 acknowledged reading the sign, the 2 staff members working were snarky to them too. There was 4 customers in front of me. Cookies sat out at the line uncovered on cookie sheets from the time I walked in through the door until the time I left. You can see the cookies on the line in my pic. I was there approximately 35 minutes. Anyone could have touched them and I dont know how long they were out. When I was checking out, I asked if the fruit drinks would be restocked because they were empty. I was told I don't know. Maybe if I ever go to the back (Lol spoiler...he never went to the back) I asked for a receipt (so that I could contact corporate). He pulled the receipt out, crumpled it up and opened the machine and said it was broke. The fruit drinks were never restocked while I was there. Between my order and the 2 that came after me, the 2 guys leaned against the counter and visited. I rarely leave poor reviews but this was just not a typical Subway visit for me.
