Ruby Sushi is fantastic! There are plenty of bento box options, so everyone can find something they'll enjoy. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and the waitstaff is friendly and attentive.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! I used to love this place, but last week I had a salmon avocado roll and got food poisoning. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Didn't get a refund or anything for getting sick. The only thing I got was medical bills.
Charming little family-owned sushi restaurant. The service is quick and the overall quality is exceptional. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ruby. It's a local favorite, and I will definitely return. The ingredients are fresh, and they create wonderful rolls.
The wonton soup was an excellent way to kick off a meal ahead of a potential snowstorm, and the two rolls I tried (the Mets and the Beijing Duck), both featuring duck, were absolutely fantastic!
I am not certain as to why this place has gotten bad reviews. I have been coming here for years with my family. The quality of food here has gotten better since I first came here. The quality of fish is always very fresh. I have tried many different dishes and they have all been very good. I will continue to come here and I suggest you try it yourself, as well.

We arrived at this spot for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Recommended.
The kids were craving fast food, but I wasn't on board with that, so as we were on our way, I spotted Ruby and decided to give it a try. It was Saturday night, and they were busy with many orders, so we had to wait a bit. I ordered the Sushi Sashimi, and the fish was incredibly fresh. I enjoyed it so much that my kids wanted to try the tuna roll. To my surprise, they loved it! I’ll definitely be back and will call in my order next time.
Ordered 2 Lunch Specials from here and they were great. Shrimp Tempura box had a lot of variety and was a great portion. Spicy tuna roll shrimp tempura roll both had more of the fillings than rice which was a huge plus. Would order again! Quick service Great to-go packaging Great value Solid food
I visit this restaurant frequently and absolutely love everything on the menu. I can confidently say their Miso Soup is the best I’ve ever tasted. I've been enjoying Japanese cuisine since the 1980s when the book Shogun was released! Ruby's has a classic vibe and offers fantastic prices. The food is always fresh, and it's a wonderful little spot located near Starbucks.
