Great first meet up place for new friends. The staff provided an excellent lunch experience!
I like Bareburger. A lot. They have interesting menu items but let's be realistic here. I ordered the California Chix fried chicken sandwich. It comes with tomatoes. There were two small slices about the size of a Roma tomato. It also comes with a half of an avocado. You can see it in the photo. What you can't see in the photo is that it really is a half of an avocado. In one piece. They didn't slice it. The red onion was piled on and the cucumbers were cut way too thick. I mean, look at this thing. I had to knock the whole thing o er and cut and paste my meal with a knife and fork. You can't put together a sandwich that you can't pick up and eat as a sandwich. What if I was doing a takeout? Bareburger, you really need to rethink the construction of your sandwich.
Food was great but the service was slow, our waitress was assisting several tables as well as the bar so I'll chalk it up to a staffing issue. Spent alot of time waiting around to ask for the check
The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Gerardo's food and service were excellent!
The food and service are consistently excellent. The staff is conscientious of food allergies which makes dining for my whole family pleasant and enjoyable. It’s the only place my daughter can get a “milkshake” and dip her fries into it like her non-food allergy siblings. Dine in or take out the food is delicious.

I really enjoy Bareburger. I’ve got probably 5 or 6 times and they have many options that are delicious. I always get either the original or big bopper and order it well done with a side of uptown style fries
I enjoy bareburger ... the burgers are super yum , I love that you can get half fries half onion rings or half regular fries half sweet potato fries you get the picture they have lots of dipping sauces love the garlic aioli oh and the onion rings are not greasy ! They have delicious vegan burgers !! They also have olipop it’s basically a healthy soda if you don’t know what it is look it up ! The vegan mint cookie shake is really good it’s loaded with cookies. I went during covid and felt very safe. It is pricey but if you only go once in a while it’s worth it.
I heard they had Beyond burger but was surprised to find a full menu. They even had vegan cheeses, mayo and sauces. Scott’s waffle fries was yummy. I had the Big Bopper which had tempeh bacon We had a good time.
I have eaten here so many times it never disappoints! Great food that tastes clean too! Beautiful upbeat atmosphere! Definitely one of my favorite healthy chains

Luis was extremely helpful and provided a lot of useful information. The food was great!
I visited Bare Burger in Hicksville at 9:14 PM, hoping for a nice meal before their closing time at 10 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was far from welcoming. The staff appeared to be in a rush to close, focusing on cleaning and not on customer service. Despite the early timing, we were not allowed to sit at a table. Instead, we were instructed to order takeaway and wait at the bar. This was particularly disappointing as the staff, who seemed quite young, lacked the training to interact politely with customers. Their hurried behavior made us feel unwelcome and diminished the quality of our visit. It's disheartening when a dining experience is cut short by the staff's eagerness to close up shop and a clear lack of professional hospitality training. This review honestly communicates your dissatisfaction while providing constructive feedback that the restaurant can hopefully use to improve their service. I had a fantastic burger, and the service was excellent. It was an affordable dinner too!
My partner and I decided to visit Bareburger today. We arrived at 9:00 pm, an hour before their closing at 10 pm. However, from the moment we arrived, we noticed that the customer service was lacking. No one attended to us until a girl finally called us to the bar and abruptly informed us that they were closing soon. She offered us the option to sit and wait to place a takeout order, but her attitude was very rushed and didn't make us feel welcomed. Furthermore, throughout the time we were looking at the menu, we felt her insistent gaze on us, which was uncomfortable and almost felt like harassment. In summary, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of attention, the abrupt attitude, and the feeling of being pressured to decide quickly. We definitely expected a better experience in terms of customer service.

Both the Impossible Standard and Wagyu Top Shelf dishes were excellent. The Milkshake was also exceptional.
I have ordered from Bareburger for the second time and once again they forgot the sauces that I requested. The food is tasty, but they really need to work on their quality control.
The coating on the popcorn chicken was slightly coming off, but it was still very tasty.

Great 1st time experience at this Syosset location. Camila P was awesome. Her fellow staff was also friendly and asked how everything was throughout the time eating there. Great that they also give a discount to educators, librarian, veterans, firefighters, ems, law enforcement and AARP members.
So many kinds of meat/alt-meats! filling food. a bit cramped-feeling especially if crowded. cool location
2022 Previously had different choices of meat like elk and boar, now replaced with plant based foods (like beyond burger type) and their unique onion rings gone. I went in a few times recently but left before even sitting down. Workers can't be bothered to greet you, seat you or approach you if you seat yourself. Bartenders also don;t seem to acknowledge your standing right in front of them. Very strange vibe. This place should be out of business already! It will be soon I'm sure because it's a service industry but I don't think they don't know that.
This is an update. As of 10/5/22 my wife and i will no longer be coming to bareburger. The last time we came the food was sub par. This time it was truly ridiculous. The lettuce wrap was wilted. The french fries are cold. No more buffalo blue sandwich. The double patties on the burger is no good. The service was terrible and ridiculously slow and unpleasant. The staff offered no response or anything. Just handed my wife the food and walked away. Also the new remodel is unknown. I have been going to bareburger since day one in Astoria. I am friends wth the founders as well. The menu has completely changed. My wife is on the phone and she never complains. The food is mediocre at best. Ingredients were left off and definitely not what it used to be. Oh and no onion rings. End update... I like BB and have been going since day one when they opened and it's mostly great. However tonight they left items off our meals. Optional items that cost money. This is one of my pet peeves. I have been to BB Plainview numerous times and have good experiences.
We’ll I’ve loved hamburgers for a long time and have had one in upstate Ny that was by far the best I’ve ever had. After trying a lot of places my friend said to try it. And I just left with my son. All I can Say it’s now the second best burger I’ve ever had!! And I’m a picky person when it comes to my food. We’ll Bareburger is def worth it and I’m so happy to come here again and again! Also the wings were on point and the fries was good. The staff was very friendly but all and all I would give it a ten if I could! Thank you for having a great burger place in Long Island.

Love this family-oriented Burgerplatz, which serves sustainable and organic meat. The rustic decor is very welcoming. Large selection of meat and the supplements are excellent. I recommend the crispy Brussel Sprouts! My children also love the Shakes!
The new breakfast menu is at the top. I could have sat down and eat through the whole thing!!!
Love this place! Great burgers and salads, and all organic. Plus, great vegan, GF and paleo options for those of us who need a little extra. Great for the kids too!
The food was great and the service was excellent. They also had a wide selection of craft beer. They had many vegan and gluten-free options.
Wow. This place is awesome. I wasn't sure when my husband suggested a burger place since we are vegetarians...I'd been to the Bayside location a few years ago but didn't really remember the experience. I'll definitely remember this one though, the service by Jeremy our waiter was awesome, the food was delicious...the cheese on the brussel sprout app was insane and the sweet potato wild rice burger was one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. I love their mission statement and that they're all about sustainable products, making food that is delicious and responsible. The place is big, bright, clean, and we left very happy and very full. Can't wait to go back!

I really enjoy Bareburger! Their burgers are incredibly delicious, and I love that you can choose half regular fries and half sweet potato fries—it's such a great option. They offer a variety of dipping sauces, and I especially love the garlic aioli. The onion rings are also surprisingly light! They have some fantastic vegan burger options as well. Plus, they serve Olipop, which is a healthier soda option—definitely worth trying if you haven't seen it before! The vegan mint cookie shake is amazing and packed with cookies. I dined there during the COVID pandemic and felt very safe. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a special outing!
I am a relatiw new vegan and was happy to find this place to share a casual meal with carnivores. we were all pleasantly surprised. I have carved the impossible burger with special sauce and the carnivores on my table about the non- vegan burger and vanilla shakes. we shared a basket of waffelfries that came with delicious dipping sauce. for dessert I had the vegan mint chocolate cookies n' cream shake, which was very good, although, most commonly I still get used to kokosnusseis instead of vanille
I always loved this place because of the cocktails but the vegan options are great!
I just got a “The Big Bopper” with sweet potato fries from this place and it was amazing. The melted cheese on the burger was juuuusssst right. Wouldn’t let me give full stars because not a fully vegan place but the restaurant has an amazing vibe to it. They even have vegan shakes! Only down side is it is a bit on the pricey side
