I ordered a scrambled egg breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery. When I opened the sandwich, it was falling apart and had no eggs in it at all. It was also much smaller than I anticipated. The person who made this sandwich should be fired, along with whoever trained and hired them. On top of that, the coffee tasted like watered-down flavor. This location, or possibly Panera as a whole, is a complete disappointment.

I always use the drive-thru, and no matter who is working, the staf... read more I've visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been quite disappointing. I always use the drive-thru, and no matter who is working, the staff is consistently rude and disrespectful. I even saw a female employee yelling at an elderly man who was having trouble reading the screen to confirm his order. On my most recent visit, a male employee took my order without greeting me, rushed me to finish, and then aggressively returned my credit card before throwing the bag of food into my car without saying a word. The customer service at this location desperately needs improvement. I will not be returning to this poorly managed Panera.
