They were so nice and accommodating. Everything went great, the food was good, hot and served in a timely manner.Thank you again and I will recommend Cotton Patch to anyone that is looking for a place to have a meal or a dinner party. Thankyou, thank you!!??

Seriously why offer... read more We ordered this for delivery. Beyond upset. Spent hard earned money for a joke of a plate. One taco literally had one tiny piece of fish in. Seriously why offer delivery/door dash if you act like that money isn?t worth the same as the money that comes in the front door.

We ordered our cornbread as soon as we got her told it would take 25 minutes we were okay with that but we got it in a to go box 45 mins Later. One of our drinks was to be a unsweetened tea as you can see they started to pour strawberry lemonade into the glass just poured it out and put the tea. My daughters burger was under cooked when we got the new one we realized it was only half a patty, (which we were told that is the way it comes for kids) ????. After complaining the manager took care of our bill (which we had no issue taking care of) I?m just beyond flabbergasted they did offer a free dessert. Management was stellar

While the flavor of the sandwiches was nice, the bacon was ext... read more However, I do have one complaint regarding our meal. My wife and I each ordered a BLT with fries. While the flavor of the sandwiches was nice, the bacon was extraordinarily tough—almost like shoe leather. A BLT is generally a hard sandwich to mess up, so we were disappointed. Despite this issue, we are open to giving the Cotton Patch another chance in the future.

After placing our order, we waited an hour and a half for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. I ordered a baked potato but received garlic mashed potatoes instead. My husband ordered his steak well done, but it wasn't cooked properly. This is unacceptable, and we will NEVER return to this restaurant. To clarify, the hour and a half was just the wait for our food, not the total time we spent there. NEVER AGAIN.
