Brand new Wawa located on the former site for Fabricland. Combination convenience store and gas station with plenty of parking. They provide plenty of self serve stations (soft drink, coffee, bakery goods case, etc). Several cashier stations to keep lines to a minimum with friendly staff. I keep trying to give this location a chance but they always seem to mess up! Either something is missing from my order, my order is made wrong or I’m given an expired item!Today the deli was closed and all 3 ladies stood there looking at me like they didn’t understand when I asked why. Frustrating Experience TonightI 've been a loyal customer at this Wawa store for a while now, visiting almost every day. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed.Today, I waited for over 10 minutes for my sandwich, which is unusual considering the prompt service I 've experienced here before. What was more disheartening was the unprofessional behavior of the staff member who prepared my sandwich.When I politely inquired about the status of my order, the response was less than courteous. Instead of providing a timeframe or a simple update, I was met with a rather rude remark. It 's important to remember that customers, like myself, value respectful and friendly service.To make matters worse, when my sandwich was finally ready, it was quite literally slapped onto the counter. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a regular patron, I believe that we should be treated with respect and kindness, especially considering the Wawa brand 's reputation for quality and customer service.I understand that everyone can have off days, and I 'm hopeful that this was an isolated incident. However, I believe it 's important to bring such issues to your attention to maintain the high standards that Wawa is known for. I sincerely hope my next visit will be more in line with the positive experiences I 've had in the past.
Pre-packaged food here got me and the fiancé sick. Got the same things we always get at our local Wawa, made sure to check expiration dates before grabbing. Assuming they're not refrigerated well somewhere in between.
Have gotten numerous sandwiches there with missing items, usually add ons, but a turkey club without the turkey was the final straw.this wawa is also located right by the local high school which treats it like an extension of their cafeteria, do not go here for lunch and expect a timely order as the store is always packed with kids. great for the store, horrible for other customers.the staff also clearly has no interest in working there, the sandwich assemblers spend more time talking with one another yucking it up than making the sandwiches which also extends the order time beyond what you would expect.i would give 0 stars if i could.
Went to get gas and 30 minutes later when I was driving I notice they didn’t put the gas cap back, I got the engine light on and the car was shaking so I had to stop driving, I ordered a new gas cap now but that’s something you can’t miss after pumping gas, like come on.
