Rally's Hamburgers - Plainfield

The burgers and fries are excellent, but what truly sets this location apart is the staff. They are by far the friendliest team at any fast food restaurant in town.

The seasoned fries are absolutely delicious! The chicken fingers are perfectly seasoned and not greasy at all. The American burger was spot on! Their Diet Coke tastes superb! We will definitely be returning!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The chicken tasted old and seemed to have been fried in greasy oil. The staff was extremely rude as well. I wouldn't recommend dining here; instead, go to the one on Kentucky Avenue, where the service is much better and the food is always served hot.

Love their Spicy Chicken sandwiches of course the Fully Loaded Fries. I also enjoy the fact that they have Fanta slushies! This location has great staff quick service. You can't go wrong stopping here.

The service here is almost nonexistent. You would think a company that only does drive-thru would have the drive-thru process down to a science. It 's frustrating to go here and every time you wait until the car at the window has picked up their orderbefore you can even place your order. Tonight I paid $4 in cash for an order that was $3.59. I never got my change. When I askthe lady at the window, she just looked at me and said huh? 15 minutes for one order was a bit excessive considering therewere only two cars in front of me when I arrived. I simply drove off.
