She lacked basic customer service skills and re... read more I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to the rude and unhelpful attitude of the lady working there. She lacked basic customer service skills and responded to our questions about the food with disrespect. It's a relief that we don't live nearby so we won't have to encounter her again. Based on other reviews, it seems like many others have also had similar encounters with her. If she is the owner, perhaps she should consider hiring staff who are more capable of providing good customer service.

I have a food allergy, so I alw... read more Quiznos is my favorite sandwich shop, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they still exist when I drove by this location! I have a food allergy, so I always need to check ingredients, and most places are not very accommodating. However, when I went in yesterday, the employee working was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to provide me with all the information and accommodations I needed. I will happily make the 30-minute drive back here for more sandwiches soon!
