Kfc - Plainfield

I ordered food from this restaurant via Uber Eats and specifically requested no pickles due to a severe allergy. Unfortunately, they still included pickles in my order and the staff dismissed my concerns, claiming there was no note about removing them. I've ordered from here before, but this experience was very disappointing. My food arrived ice cold and now I can't eat it because of the pickles. This was a major letdown.

I ordered two thighs, but I received a thigh and a leg instead. However, both pieces were delicious!

I treated my mom to lunch and I absolutely love the grilled chicken breast there. Every time I have it, my son's dog always begs for a bite! Naturally, I share some with him.

Terrible customer service. Had lady pretty much scream at us. Slam the window. there was a confusion with the order, and started talking to her crew as if we could not understand it was about us. Tried rushing us out her way and forgot our drink.

The famous bowl was tasty and had plenty of chicken. However, the instructions were to place the food on the chair by the front door, not on the porch floor. I'm not a dog, so I was disappointed that the food was left on the floor.
