If their official closing time is 9:00 PM, they should adhere to that instead of displaying a sign that says they are open until 9:30. This is quite unprofessional.

But if I were the staff member, I would ask whether customers are here to order or pick up. I waited 15 minutes for her to prepare that guy's order while my food was just sitting on the rack, getting cold. KFC, you need to get it together.

The mashed potatoes tasted like they had been sitting out for too long, and the chicken was so dry it could double as firewood. Honestly, I’d prefer eating school food from the 1990s!
