Employees o... read more The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The manager shows a lack of respect towards the staff and doesn't take health issues seriously. Employees often struggle to get in touch with her when they can't come to work. There was even a fire at the restaurant once, and it took her an hour and a half to respond. If she can't manage her responsibilities effectively, perhaps it's time for her to be replaced. She's not dependable at all, seeming more focused on ignoring her employees than on running the establishment properly.

Jefferson, remembering me, asked what had happened since he had just served me. I hesitated to admit my clumsiness, but eventually, I did. We shared a laugh about it, and Jefferson said, “It's okay, I’ll make you another.” And he did, immediately, and at no charge!
