This place is exceptional. I placed an order for pick up and paid for it for a set time to pick up. 10 minutes later I placed another order for same pick up time and Crystal called me to make sure I placed two different orders. No wonder the lobby here is ALWAYS closing down i wouldnt work here either. Whoever the manager is that was working 10-12-2022 evening has a huge attitude problem. Pulled up for my order, took 5 minutes to just get helped. Once I was helped he demandedpayment but I paid online? What I missed in Naptown! I love Donato's pizza! I got her famous thin crust pepperoni and I also tried her cauliflower crust pizza with grilled chicken, tomatoes, spinach and fresh mozzarella. Add garlic bread sticks with hot dip cheese to both. No complaints. Orders were made to perfection and hot when they arrived (both arrived earlier than planned. Thank you for coming back to this city!
Pizza and salad ordered, it was delivered to our hotel room 20 minutes later! Pizza was hot, the salad was fresh and delicious. I'm impressed.
First we really enjoyed our pizza. My wife has very loving childhood memories of Donatos, and the chain has not disappointed. (I recommend the 'roni. Secondly, the manager deserves a gold star for his patience and kindness in dealing with a demanding customer who continues to argue about the price of pizza.
The service was great! Food was made on time for my online order! Even if you look at the holiday. Stop the good workers!
Great pizza! Unfortunately the dining area inside is closed at this time even though the website says it's open. 5 stars because this is the best pizza in town.
