Was Karolann Thompson at Claddagh Irish Pub a mag?
After an incredibly busy work period, I decided to treat myself to dinner and was fortunate enough to be served by Jenny. She was absolutely fantastic—definitely a 1000/10! I can't wait to have her as my waitress again. I'll be back for dinner soon, just wanted to share my experience! View all feedback.

What Octavia Moore dislikes about Claddagh Irish Pub:
While the food was absolutely delicious, the service left much to be desired tonight. I tried to be understanding with our waitress since it was quite busy, but she seemed a bit impersonal. View all feedback.

Why did it take me so long to dine at the Claddagh? This place is stunning! I absolutely loved it—a peaceful lunch by the fireplace in the lovely wooden interior.

A pretty good Irish pub. The prices were high for the portion size, but still quite good. I had shepherd cake and it was good, but a little small. My husband had the paddy Mac and was not impressed, but it wasn't bad either. Our daughters had the Mac and cheeses for $5.99, I would have expected that actually made Mac n cheese and not just Mac. Our waitress was ok and was nice, but maybe could have been a bit more attentive when we were 1 out of 4 tables in the whole restaurant. We didn't like them all sitting there in a tiny room. The building itself is beautiful and very well decorated. From the stained glass to the dark wooden beams it is really nice. Much to see while you wait and eat. Overall, not the best Irish pub I was, but certainly not the worst. We'd go back.

The food was delicious. Especially the goat cheese loved flat bread. Also had trout (I love how they serve, stop the vegetables / potatoes) and pork chop and a salad. Two things stopped me from giving 5 stars. At first we sat at the table next to the door where it was high traffic and occasionally caught a really cold design. And the chairs were a little gross. Two, it took too long to get our food. We were told that there was a big party on the back that caused delays elsewhere. It wasn't a big deal, but we waited for appetizer for a while, then our main dishes didn't come long after. We would like to have had more time to enjoy the app. Instead, we tied it through and treated it in the end more like Dessert. Since we really like the food, we are ready to to tolerate this slip in service. Previous visits had no problems.
