I recently went through the drive thru at this Culver 's and ordered a concrete mixer. When I placed my single item order, I was the third person in line. After... read more I recently went through the drive thru at this Culver 's and ordered a concrete mixer. When I placed my single item order, I was the third person in line. After getting to the window, the cashier did not know what my order was, and I had to repeat what I had ordered. I paid the $6.00 for my girlfriends ice cream, and they handed me a post it to stick to my mirror and pull up. I then proceeded to watch over 7 other people behind me receive ice cream, food, drinks, and entire orders, and other people they sent over to wait as well after me got their food. After waiting about 20 minutes, the young lady in the drive thru comes to my car to once again ask what I had ordered. She says, It will be right out. Another 5 minutes later and a young man comes out, and was incredibly rude to me, smacked my mirror of my car when he grabbed the post it note off, then glared as we pulled away. Our concrete mixer was not even mixed, it was vanilla ice cream with cocoa powder on top. I was nothing but courteous the entire time and we have been to this Culvers numerous times and received great service. However I will stick to the Avon store from now on. After speaking with the management at the store, I was highly satisfied with their response and courtesy in handling this situation, and will be adjusting my review accordingly.
