Although I’ve had good experiences with this Chili’s before, this time the food made me sick, and I was out of work for two days due to food poisoning. It was a tough ordeal. I might consider trying them again in the future, but it probably won’t be anytime soon.

Because of her effort, I left a $20 tip on a $70 bill, even though the meal was not worth it. We were a party of two adults and two kids. The only thing that was good were the fries. I will not be returning. The boneless wings lacked seasoning and didn’t have enough sauce, the tenders were salty and dry, the nacho cheese was overcooked, and when I asked for beef, I was given steak instead. The corn was burnt towards the end, and they tried to cover it with sauce to hide it, but the burnt taste was still noticeable. Overall, very disappointing.

As regular Chili's customers, we can confidently say that Jessica made our experience outstanding. She welcomed us warmly and took great care of us throughout our meal. We highly recommend this Chili's; it truly reflects the classic spirit of the brand!

The kids had a good time and opted for the three-item appetizer as their dinner. My husband ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, which he liked. However, there were quite a few staff members sitting around chatting right behind us. Despite this, our waitress and the bartender were working extremely hard. We tried to find a manager, but there didn't seem to be one available. The restaurant had several full tables, yet only our waitress was present to assist. She definitely deserves a raise. Overall, we had a good experience, but I wish there had been more staff available to help out.
