What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I arrived at the restaurant earlier and ordered 3 donuts, 10 pieces of Birthday Cake Timbits, and an icy box. I also ordered a strawberry refresher. The refresher showed up on the screen as part of our order, but when we reached the window, they said it wasn't included. They simply close this place. they never have something, and the personal is differentiated. I'd rather wait in an hour long deaducks line. at least they have everything I want to be on camp and ready to go
They're always seemingly out of whatever donut you want, ordering drive thru is frustrating because either you can't hear them or vice versa. Additionally, they love smashing your donuts against the bag before handing them to you.
I love Tim Hortons but this location gives them a bad name. I visited today and asked for a 20 count of Timbits. The lady said we can’t do 20. I said “ok, can I only do a box of 10 or could I get 2 boxes of 10?” She replied with “if you want to come in here and be our baker, then you can have 20”.

Their expresso machine was broke and I had ordered ahead on their app so I got nothing and was told I had to take it up with corporate. 2 months and I still have not been helped through corporate or this store. I had to make a claim with my credit card to get my money back.
