WOW…a stunning meal in a beautiful restaurant, with a fabulous terrace and impressive wine cellar, overlooking Schwarzsee Lake. Need I say more? …. What User doesn't like about Schwarzseestaern:
We were at this place on a sunday evening. The terrace with viewsof the lake was were beautiful. But waiters were not friendly nor attentive. We didn't feel welcome. Until 18:30 there is strictly no eating. The waitress explained the kitchen wouldn't open exactly at 18:30 Not even a cheese or salami was available. So we paid and left. A very cozy place, a terrace with views of the frozen lake this day, a walk that lasts about an hour or so. The service is efficient, and the food is very good. Price consistent with what is offered....
Beautiful restaurant in Schwarzsee, in summer a large terrace with a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The menu was very well put together, regional with a breath of fresh air in the Stärn cuisine by Junior and his team. The boss provides great service, the boss does the honors. The price/performance is also good, which is not something you are used to in Switzerland. Thank you for the lovely evening. Keep it up!

Super Restaurant mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Scwarzsee.
Der Stärn ist ohne Zweifel das beste Restaurant vor Ort, eigentlich ein Plichtbesuch, wenn man in Schwarzsee ist. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, der freundliche Service und natürlich die vorzügliche Küche zeichnen das Gilde-Restaurant aus. Schon das Amuse Bouche ist ein Schmankerl, die Wildgerichte sind ein Gedicht, die Weinauswahl erlesen. Vielen Dank an Fam. Jungo und ihr Team für die tolle Arbeit.
