I went to this restaurant today and was very disappointed with the customer service. There was little to no customer service at all. They did their job by making our sandwiches, but throughout the entire experience, there were no smiles, no friendly interaction, and the cashier seemed annoyed that we were there to buy sandwiches. If I were the owner, I would definitely want to know about this. This kind of lackluster service seems to be a consistent issue every time I have visited this Subway location.
Never. the manager must order more or remove from the menu. the girls who work the counter are amazing.
We placed a group order at this restaurant and were disappointed when they refused to honor our coupons. Despite our insistence that the coupons were still valid, as we had received them in the mail that day and they were good for another 2 weeks, the staff insisted that they were expired. It was frustrating to see a franchise not accepting their own coupons. In the end, they agreed to give us 10% off but failed to apply the discount when we were paying. The customer service was subpar, and to top it off, some of the food was prepared incorrectly when we brought it back to the office to eat together, even though we had clearly specified our order.
Had the philly and was not impressed. Otherwise, I have loved the sandwiches. Staff was nice, place was clean.
Ordered online. Picked up with no wait. The girl working was very pleasant and helpful. We tried the Italiano Supreme meats footlong and a Turkey breast footlong. Both sandwiches were great. Very pleased
