My p... read more I got pizza tonight and it was extremely slow, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Cleary the kids working did not care one bit about quality. My pizza was burnt, topping thrown on unevenly and I asked for THICK crust and got the tiniest crust I have ever seen from them. Clearly, the workers do not possess any skills to make pizza in any way. It was burnt but still not cooked in the middle and the toppings were barely anything! The crust being non existent just showed that they can't even follow simple instructions. All of my friends agree that this place has gone down hill.

It’s no surprise that people prefer chain restaurants like Round Table, which don’t charge for boxes or card usage!

The only issue I encountered was that the gentleman who took my payment almost double charged me. Although it wasn't busy when I arrived, it still took nearly half an hour for me to receive my order. When I finally got my pizza, I was informed that I needed to pay again, despite already having been charged. Despite the confusion, I was very pleased with the pizza itself. It seems like there might be some communication issues among the staff, which could be a sign of mismanagement that needs to be addressed.
