The parents were at one table, w... read more Because we were such a large group, we could not all be seated together or even close to one another, which was understandable. The parents were at one table, while the children and young adults were at two separate tables. We were all looking forward to the evening and trusted that a fine dining establishment would treat both the children and the elderly well; unfortunately, we were mistaken. We had a reservation for 7:30 and arrived just after 7:00, but we were not seated until a few minutes past our reservation time. Shockingly, we ended up being the last group to receive our dinner—right up until closing time. It’s hard to believe that, among all the diners that night, our children, who were aged between 7 and 19, alongside the elderly, were the last to be served after being seated at 7:30. There were several issues: one table did not receive any utensils, and the table with the children had to wait an excessively long time for their drinks. We had to repeatedly ask for drink refills, and while our servers frequently checked on other tables, we felt completely neglected. We waited two hours for chicken skewers, grilled sandwiches, a small pizza, and a bowl of melted chocolate with tiny pieces of fruit and crackers. Just minutes after we finally received our food, we were told to pack it up because the restaurant was closing. Whose fault was it that our food arrived so late? Why weren’t we allowed to enjoy the meal we had waited so long for? Throughout the entire evening, we did not receive a single word of apology or explanation until we voiced our dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, another table served by the store manager reported having a better experience; she was friendly and responsive, despite a slight delay. However, the service given to the other two tables, including ours, was in dire need of improvement. I am absolutely appalled and deeply disappointed by the service we received tonight. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We got lucky and got to... read more Such a unique dining experience. We did the fondue experience and it was hands down amazing. It's more food then we could eat for sure. We got lucky and got to see the band of three that comes in on occasion. Bring your patience as the place is small and the food takes a bit so you will be there for awhile but it's all worth the wait. I only wish that all tables had the tree covering the table. Ours did not and we were next to the walkway for the back area and it was a bit busy.
